I've had my iPod since around the end of May. It's been getting slower, it's a 120 GB iPod, but only has about 30 GB on it. Anyway, I was playing my iPod today, worked perfectly fine, until right after a song, when the screen going blank, as if the iPod was turned off. When I went to restore it in iTunes, it said "The iPod could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1415)."
I've been looking, but can't find much.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Please, please, please help. Really, I literally wake up to music from this iPod and don't have any other one, so it's important.

You should try syncing it or charging it. There's a secret way to get another menu on (it might work)
So turn it on and hold down the circle button and the menu button and if you wait a few minutes it will go black as soon as it does turn to the rewind but still hold the circle button with it. Do that for a couple of seconds then (still holding the circle button) hold the pause/play button down then wait and it should turn black with yellow writing or you might get a tick. If you get the tick repeat the stages to get it back to normal. If you have the black screen with yellow writing then press the rewind button until it is down to sleep click it then it will say deep sleep click it again it will go black go to the top of the ipod and click it with the lock button and click it to unlock it again and an apple should come up,wait a few min and the main screen should come on.
If that doesn't work then take it to an apple store to get it repaired.
Hope it helps!!!
